04 Climbing as a Lifestyle

Climbing means adventure. It means pushing your limits, getting out there, spending time in nature, and visiting the world’s most beautiful places. It also means facing your fears, letting go, and going with the flow. Getting to know yourself, your limits and how your body and mind react to stressful situations are all features of the sport, and they can sometimes help overcome daily life issues.

The motivation to improve is something most people can relate to. The way to become better at something is through exercise and training. That means blood, sweat and tears if you really want to push your boundaries, and a decent amount of determination can lead to success. Climbing training consists of physical, mental and technical training, and just a few hours a day can lead to quick improvement, if done in a correct way. Remember motivation is key.

A similar passion can bring people together, which is absolutely the case with climbers, who tend to share similar attitudes and lifestyles. The Climbing Team Vibram was started in 2019 and has grown ever since: a closely knit team of young minds sharing the same ideals and motivation, each with their own goals, but all with the same spirit.
